Everett Motion Systems

Movement makes life possible.

We're building the infrastructure behind it.

You want to keep moving, but everyday life doesn't always make it easy.

Maybe you're dealing with stiffness when you get up, tightness when you bend down, or discomfort doing things that used to feel natural. Maybe you're already exercising but struggling to stay consistent. Or maybe work, family responsibilities, and changing schedules keep pushing movement further down the list.

You want to walk comfortably, get down on the floor and back up, play with your children or grandchildren, attend events, travel, and enjoy the activities that matter to you. Not just complete another workout—but have the freedom and confidence to participate in your own life.

The path changes.Your progress continues.

The EMS Difference

Your movement plan comes to you.

You shouldn't have to search for a workout or decide what exercises to do each day. EMS builds an individualized plan around your starting point, goals, schedule, environment, equipment, and needs. Your prescribed movement is delivered each day.

You follow your plan, report your experience, and build consistency over time. The EMS system guides how your plan progresses.

One system. Different people. Individual plans.

Why I Built Everett Motion Systems

Movement has always been part of my life. Before rupturing my Achilles playing basketball in 2016, I played regularly and maintained an active lifestyle. After surgery, I continued going to the gym, cycling, participating in 5Ks, and walking outdoors, including during COVID. I also sought physical therapy and chiropractic care. Yet despite years of activity, I continued experiencing stiffness, discomfort, and limitations in everyday movement. I was exercising, but I didn't have a consistent, balanced plan that addressed how I moved and progressed over time.

In 2026, I began approaching movement differently—combining daily walking, strength training, and mobility work within a structured, individualized plan. As I followed that plan, I began experiencing meaningful improvements in everyday movement, not just weight loss or exercise performance. That experience exposed a larger opportunity: people need more than workouts. They need a system that accounts for their starting point, adapts to changing circumstances, and provides continuity between professional care and independent activity.

I brought more than 15 years of enterprise implementation experience and over 200 engagements to building Everett Motion Systems. My career has centered on translating complex requirements into structured programs, coordinating execution, and governing progress over time. EMS applies that same discipline to individualized movement—delivering daily plans, learning from participant experience, and supporting continuity as life changes.

My experience explains why I built EMS. Your starting point determines your plan.
