Starts at $50,000 for a bounded cohort of up to 20.

The founding scope covers one organization and one environment: a 90-day implementation, the complete governed EMS participant lifecycle, 12 months of sponsored access for each participant activated during enrollment, and bounded sponsor stewardship with approved program-level review. Larger cohorts, additional environments, or added complexity are scoped separately.
